By accessing SCRIBE, you agree to interface with our neural extraction engine. All outputs generated through our platform are the intellectual property of the user, provided the user maintains an active subscription status. SCRIBE retains a non-exclusive license to use generated assets solely for the purpose of refining brand-specific models within your own secure workspace.

Users are prohibited from deploying automated extraction scripts, headless browsers, or rogue agentic protocols against SCRIBE infrastructure. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our brand extraction logic or probe the neural architecture will result in immediate protocol termination and permanent blacklisting from the Scribe network.

SCRIBE utilizes proprietary multi-model cascades to analyze visual brand identities. You grant SCRIBE a non-exclusive license to process your provided brand assets solely for the purpose of campaign generation. All data is processed within ephemeral instances and is never used for generic model training outside your specific brand vault.

SCRIBE is a creative co-processor. While our systems strive for absolute brand alignment, the final creative output is subject to user validation. SCRIBE is not liable for campaigns that result in sub-optimal conversion or brand misalignment if the generated content was deployed without human oversight.
